Wallace Quinn Directors Margaret McMillan and Amy Ieropoulos are founder members of a new networking organisation in Scotland. ‘Female Property Connect’ met for the first time recently with a great turnout from women keen to assist each other grow their businesses and careers in the property industry.
Developers, Investors, Financial Advisors, Architects and more gathered at Wallace Quinn’s offices in Glasgow to share industry information and facilitate introductions to contacts who can help grow business.
Wallace Quinn’s Business and Development Director Margaret McMillan says,
“We want to help established professionals grow their businesses through targeted introductions and knowledge sharing, but we also want to help other women at earlier stages in their career with help to progress and grow. Female Property Connect will provide a forum and a support network for women in property across Scotland and I’m excited to see it grow.”
‘Female Property Connect’s two other founding members are Jaclyn Robinson and Michelle Boyd from Jaclyn Robinson Property. JRP is a business with a property portfolio covering everything from building, services, accommodation, buy to lets and new build developments. Jaclyn started in the property business after quitting her job as a Police Scotland call handler and signed up for course on property business.

Jaclyn says,
“Operating in the Property Sector is incredibly satisfying but getting your foot in the door or getting to the next rung in the ladder can be difficult, particularly for women. Female Property Connect will allow industry professionals to help each other thrive in the industry and I’m delighted to be a founder member of this exciting new networking opportunity’
