Want to join our growing team in Livingston? We’re looking for a solicitor and want to fill this position as soon as possible.
Wallace Quinn are looking for a Commercial / Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy team in our Livingston office.
You’ll have at least two year’s post qualifying experience and be able to handle a high volume caseload.
You’ll deal with all aspects of commercial conveyancing, including buy-to-let, leasing, commercial mortgages, small business purchase and sale and land transactions.
Whilst your workload will be predominately commercial, you’ll be a hard worker who isn’t precious about helping out with whatever is required with drive and initiative. You will be expected to assist our new build residential conveyancing and second-hand conveyancing teams at busy times. Knowledge of equity release transactions and estate agency would also be an advantage.
You’ll have good relationships with other professionals and meet demanding and high-volume client expectations.
You’ll be business savvy and income flow aware. You’ll perhaps have some of your own business introducers and will be able to manage existing ones and create new business opportunities.
You’ll be a confident communicator who can both work well with colleagues and take the lead.
The position will be based in our Livingston office supporting a Director, paralegals, trainee solicitors and admin team. The successful applicant can expect a generous, competitive salary and great benefits including excellent IT and case load management.
