Cyber Security – Help Us Help You
If you receive an email from us that rings a proverbial alarm bell, then take a moment and verify the information. Please don’t every think you are bothering us or taking an unnecessary step in checking. The same works in reverse. If we get in touch to verify something that feels a bit odd to our staff, it might mean an extra conversation as a verification step, but it is less inconvenient than the consequences of a cyber attack.
Transferring Money
One of the areas cyber-scammers are particularly interested in is money transfer. If we ask you to transfer money, you should ALWAYS take a moment to check and verify the details you are using. We supply bank details security to clients early on in a transaction (we’ll not reveal here how we do it) and we’ll never ask you to send money to a different account. We’ll never need to rush you into action with money transfers – we’ll have planned and talked you through all relevant dates and you’ll know in plenty of time when a milestone is approaching.
