Our new build property team pride themselves on getting every buyer into the property as quickly and efficiently as possible.  So much so that if you don’t already have a conveyancing solicitor, builders are quick to give you one of our helpful new build information packs, available at a variety of site sales offices around Central Scotland.

A Wallace Quinn transaction means:

  • Fixed conveyancing fees:  £399 for a standard transaction or £599 if using help to buy
  • You pay nothing until the week you move – if you don’t move, there is no fee. 
  • A named solicitor you can contact at any time
  • Face to face meetings at flexible times, in person or online using Whatsapp or Skype
  • Regular updates throughout the sales process
